Do you keep my information private?
The information you provide us is protected by confidentiality except where limited by law. The only circumstances in which we are obligated to break this confidentiality would be if you posed a signficant risk to hurt yourself or someone else, or if we should learn of any injury, endangerment or neglect to a child or elder. In the event of these circumstances, you may be given an opportunity to aid in the reporting duties. In order for any of your private infomration to be released to a court, you would either have to sign a release of information, or a judge would have to issue a Court Order (not a subpeona) requiring its release.
