Does your workplace have a coordinated plan to respond to employees who pose a safety risk?

The Associates in Human Development Counseling, L.L.C. provides a variety of services to employers who are looking to prevent violence in their workplace, or who must intervene when an employee has presented a risk of violence or a violation of a zero-tolerance policy on workplace violence.

Employee Violence Assessment

Once an employee has been identified as posing a safety risk, the employer must take action. The cost of assessing and remediating these employees is often much less than the cost of replacing them. The Associates in Human Development Counseling, L.L.C., works with local employers and EAP programs in providing specialized violence assessments and recommending remediation strategies.
Site Safety Review

The OSHA guideline in Section 5(a)(1), provides that "each employer shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees." At the Associates in Human Development Counseling, L.L.C., we will assess your worksite and propose proactive measures you can take to limit the potential for an incident of workplace violence, including workplace violence caused by incidents of domestic violence.
